Store and agreement
These terms govern use of cazotti.com and purchases from Cazotti. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the delivery, contact and payment information supplied is accurate and that the product, price and policies were reviewed before payment.
Products, prices and availability
We work to display products and colors accurately, but screens may vary. Prices, promotions and availability can change before an order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will offer an appropriate alternative or a full refund.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted after payment authorization and confirmation. We may cancel an order for inventory, payment, fraud-prevention or legal reasons and will refund any captured amount. Available payment methods and the final total are shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Processing, transit estimates and shipping charges follow our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Refund and Return Policy. Cazotti remains responsible for providing the ordered goods and assisting with lost, damaged, defective or incorrect shipments as required by applicable law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
The website may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, malware distribution or unauthorized access. Cazotti content and branding may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only where the products are lawfully offered.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Cazotti is not responsible for indirect losses unrelated to a foreseeable breach. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Florida and the United States, while preserving any mandatory rights available in the customer’s place of residence.
